The Get Rid of Cellulite Diet – How to Reduce Cellulite With Food

If you think a diet won’t help your cellulite problems, well, you’re actually quite right. You can’t go on just any old diet and expect to eliminate cellulite fast — it just doesn’t work that way. To get those nasty skin fat deposits to go away, you have to go on a specialized get rid of cellulite diet plan. Such an eating routine will not only reduce the size of your cellulite deposits, they’ll actually help to prevent them from “re-growing” in the future.

The 8-Step Get Rid of Cellulite Diet Plan…

Step 1. The Sweets Have Got to Go. You can’t be stuffing your face with chocolates and candies all day every day. These substances do nothing but worsen the problem and make cellulite MORE visible. Yes, this also happens to be a weight loss tip as well, but that shouldn’t make it any less important.

Step 2: Saturated Fats are a No No. Animal fats and saturated fats must be removed from your getting rid of cellulite diet. If they aren’t, then any changes you make won’t be as effective.

Step 3: Caffeine Must Be 86-ed. When taken orally via beverages and/or food, caffeine negatively affects circulation and blood flow and it INCREASES waste storage. On a side note, caffeine is GOOD when it’s used in a cream or in the case the ever popular cellulite & coffee remedy.

Step 4: Trade Out Meats for Fish. Fish are JAM PACKED with oils & body helping fats that help the skin. These oils protect, heal, and strengthen skin cells substantially.

Step 5: Don’t Forget Meats. Just because you’ll be eating more fish, that doesn’t mean you should forgo all meats. Meats have protein and essential amino acids which are great for your body and for fighting cellulite. Lean meats and poultry (baked, grilled, or broiled) should be part of every get rid of cellulite diet plan.

Step 6: Go Nuts. Chestnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, walnuts, and pecans are also recommended for a get rid of cellulite diet. They are high in protein, good fats, as well as fiber.

Step 7: Pop a Few Bright Berries and Fruits. Fruits & berries that are bright are routinely high in antioxidants. Antioxidants, as most people know, are GREAT for the body and can combat cellulite in a number of different ways. Trade out those toxin filled, sugary snacks for fruits and you’ll start seeing BIG differences in your skin.

Step 8: Chug That Water and Juice. No sodas, no coffee, no soft drinks. These caffeine filled, toxin soaked beverages only worsen cellulite problems and SHOULD NOT be part of your get rid of cellulite diet plan. That said, switch to water and natural fruit/veggie juices. While drinking water will cleanse skin cells thoroughly, the natural fruit and vegetable juices will bring them all the nutrients they need to defeat cellulite build-up.
